It is an alternative to the standard first session, rather than an additional compulsory appointment.

Travel from Harewood

Travel within 10 road miles of Harewood is included in your appointment price.

Beyond this, the additional distance is charged at 55p per mile for the return journey. The first 10 miles each way remain included.

Visits beyond 25 road miles are available by arrangement.

A simple example

A yard 20 road miles from Harewood:

Consecutive appointments at the same yard share one travel charge. Travel is additional to packages and calculated for each visit.

Your travel charge is confirmed before booking.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

A few useful details

Do I need a separate consultation?

No. Your first session includes assessment and practical work where appropriate. Every new client starts with this appointment; the extended assessment is available when agreed.

Will I receive a 12-week plan?

We agree goals, exercises and a review point. A longer plan can be discussed when useful, and adapted as your partnership develops.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions can be arranged at your yard in Leeds and the surrounding area, subject to suitable facilities and availability. Let me know your general location when enquiring.

Are there travel charges?

Travel within 10 road miles of Harewood is included. Beyond this, the additional distance is charged at 55p per mile in both directions. For example, a yard 20 road miles away incurs an £11 travel charge: 10 additional miles each way.

One travel charge is shared between clients with consecutive appointments at the same yard. Charges apply separately to each visit, including package appointments. Visits beyond 25 road miles are by arrangement.

All travel charges are confirmed before booking. Harewood is the standard reference point; where starting elsewhere makes the journey shorter, the charge may be reduced. You won’t pay extra because I start further away that day.

Can I book video coaching as a new client?

Video reviews are currently for existing clients, so feedback builds on exercises we have already introduced. New clients start with an in-person first session.

Does a package include video coaching?

No. Video coaching is an optional addition at £20 per review, so you only pay for it when you want that support.

What if I’m unsure which service I need?

Tell me what you would like help with. We can discuss whether coaching, training or an extended assessment is the appropriate starting point.
